Mike Walter will lead a small group (no more than 15 seats will be sold for this) in a 4 hour Workshop for Multi-Op owners. Content covered will include sales and marketing to the millennial bride, handling the challenges that come along with a large staff (including responding to complaints), how close is too close when it comes to befriending your staff members and what the Multi-Op owner can expect as an exit strategy. Mike will present information on all of these topics and more plus there will be time for Q&A and round-tabling.
