Shani Barnett Shani Barnett has been a part of the entertainment industry for over 20 years. She is a former Miss Chicago Dance and has been featured in numerous music videos and artists concerts.
A mobile DJ industry leader, she is the quintessential entertainer who does it all: MC, DJ, Interactive Entertainer, Choreographer and Event Producer. Shani knows how to read and command any type of crowd when she’s on the microphone, mixing music, and/or rocking out her guests on the dance floor.
She performs with Mobile Music Interactive Entertainment in Chicago. Clients from across the country have tapped Shani and her crew to entertain at events in New York City, Detroit, Dallas, Niagara Falls, Atlanta, Milwaukee, and Los Angeles.
Her own entertainment company, Shani Barnett Productions, has led to work with the hottest music artists, athletes, and fashion icons for major events and functions. Shani has been featured as the “Entertainer of the Month” in the DJ Times Magazine and Mobile Beat Magazine to share her expertise to others in the DJ industry.
She was the only female DJ selected to perform in the DJ Takeover in Las Vegas 2013 and 2014, and brought the house down with her DJ sets. This year she was asked to emcee the event as well as spin a set that again was the talk of Las Vegas! Shani’s energetic style at her events never ends, and her stage presence sparks enthusiasm in everyone around her.
